Terms of Use and Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

1. Service Provided "As Is"

This AI agent platform is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. The platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. No Liability for Agent Actions

AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any actions or outputs generated by your agents before they are executed or relied upon. We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made based on agent outputs or actions taken by agents on your behalf.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The configuration and instructions you provide to agents
  • Ensuring agent actions comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Any consequences arising from agent-initiated communications, data modifications, or third-party integrations
  • Maintaining appropriate access controls and security measures
  • Monitoring agent behaviour and outputs for accuracy and appropriateness

4. Data and Integrations

When connecting third-party services (such as email, messaging platforms, calendars, or other integrations), you authorise agents to access and act on your behalf within those services. We are not liable for any unintended actions, data loss, privacy breaches, or service disruptions that may occur through these integrations. You are responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with granting agents access to your accounts and data.

5. Ask Kritmatta in Microsoft Teams and Slack

These terms also apply when you use Ask Kritmatta, Kritmatta's assistant, through the Ask Kritmatta app for Microsoft Teams or the Kritmatta app for Slack. Ask Kritmatta acts using your own Kritmatta account and the connections you have made. Replies in a channel or group chat are visible to everyone in that conversation, so ask about personal matters in a private chat. Your use of Microsoft Teams and Slack themselves is also governed by Microsoft's and Slack's own terms, and your organisation's administrators control whether these apps are available to you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any agent actions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your agents' actions, or your violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
